Kinesiology is a complementary health care system that combines modern day scientific knowledge with ancient Chinese philosophies.  Using muscle testing, a kinesiology practitioner can identify stress that and works to reduce this whilst restoring balance to the relevant energy pathways. Kinesiology is holistic, meaning it works with the entire being, seeking to address stress on as many levels as are relevant at the time of consultation.  Stress may be on a number of levels, including physical (e.g. muscles and bones), chemical/biochemical (e.g. nutrition, medications, environmental factors), emotional, mental, spiritual, social, and more.

Named Infinity Kinesiology for good reason, the benefits of kinesiology are limited only by your imagination. Kinesiology may help with virtually anything you want to work on, at a particular point in time.  This may be improved emotional or physical health, aches and pains, or it may help with motivation to achieve personal or career goals. You may be experiencing physical or emotional stress, or perhaps you are struggling with insomnia or brain fog.  You may wish to understand what nutritional support can improve your health or optimise your physical performance.

Kinesiology can help adults and children of all ages.  For very young and very elderly clients, caregiver involvement is essential within a session.  Paula holds a blue card and works in collaboration with parents/caregivers, to discuss areas of stress, techniques used and home reinforcement that will support the session. Questions are welcome at any time during a consultation.

You’ll probably be most comfortable in "active wear", like what you might wear to the gym or a yoga class.  A variety of different muscles are used within a kinesiology balance, including some in the hip and legs, so pants or leggings are good options. Shoes that are easy to slip off are also a good idea.
