After months of feeling stuck, triggered and frustrated at myself, I did some research on kinesiology and came across Paula. I gave her a call and she instantly put me at ease so I booked an appointment with her and I'm so glad I did.

After my first session, I can't even begin to explain what happened. All I can say is that it felt like she worked some magical kind of sorcery on me! I had such a massive shift over the next day and then more in the two sessions that followed.

Waow where do I start - I have an understanding of kinesiology therefore I needed someone who knew their stuff, after a session I knew Paula was present with me, that she's a constructive listener, & she is willing to assist my healing based on the topic that is the focus within our session. I have been getting changes in my life from our sessions, it's not by any means an easy out, though its a smoother path through the inevitable change of what we know as life 🙏
