Late Arrival

With time being the precious commodity it is, I do my best to keep to time and respectfully ask the same of clients. If you are running late, please understand that in most cases, I will be unable to extend your session beyond the original appointment time booked. If you are late, you are welcome to receive the remaining time left for your session and will be invoiced for the full service.

Policy for Cancellations and Re-scheduled Appointments

I understand that life happens and sometimes things outside our control mean we are unable to attend an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This will allow other clients the opportunity to use this timeslot.

In the case of repeated late cancellation, late re-schedule or failure to pay at the conclusion of your appointment, I may request the full consultation fee to be prepaid to confirm your allocated time slot. This amount will be non-refundable and cannot be moved to another time.

Please advise the clinic as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to attend your appointment.

Payment Policy

In April 2019, health funds phased out rebates for most natural health modalities including kinesiology. This was due to a government decision to no longer offer subsidies for natural health to health providers. The following day the Minister for Health announced a review of this decision. We are still waiting on the outcome of this review.

Invoices for your service are to be paid at the conclusion of your consultation. Cash and eftpos are both available and I will email your receipt to you. I understand that we are all human and can forget our wallet.  In this case I will email your invoice and ask that you make payment by funds transfer within 48 hours.  If you are in financial hardship, please let me know and we can come to a payment arrangement. Never let money get in the way of you receiving the support you deserve to live the life you want to live.

In the case of repeated failure to pay following the conclusion of your appointment, I may request the full consultation fee to be paid at the beginning of your consultation.

 

Sick Policy

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment to a later date. This includes cold/flu symptoms, a fever, stomach upset or anything that you feel you may pass onto others. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well-being as well as the health of all practitioners and clients of the centre. Having kinesiology when unwell can exacerbate the symptoms, so please wait until you have fully recovered to return. If you do need to reschedule your appointment, please call or email as soon as possible.
